Go Mini-Blue Cav Go!

Hehe finally got my mini-roll call for the Mini-Blue Cav...

I'm adding a tiny CF fuel door and Magnaflows to it soon (waiting to get some chrome vinyl for the mini-exhaust)

The pic on the bottom is with the flash on - the flames are reflective vinyl.

Yes, I have way too much time on my hands some days...but I wanted to show my potential graphics customers that I can create ANYTHING they want. Besides, no one makes a damn model or anything for us to play with...may as well make my own toys

If I were to make these custom to order to look like someone else's car, it would probably run close to 200 bucks, unfortunately.

Design time, materials and $65/hr for the router table with a minimum of one hour, so it would be around 100 just in materials.

If I was selling them in bulk, I could MAYBE squeeze it down to around 100 or so, but that's probably higher than anyone would want to pay and I doubt I'd even have time.

The blue base for the car is 1/8 blue PVC plastic by the way. I cut this one out by hand but will never do that gain - it sucked. I had to trace around a vinyl outline with an Exacto until my hands bled before that sucker would cut all the way through...

Oh yeah - I tried to hide the tubes and just have the glow coming out from under it, but there's a lot of light in that room and you could only see the glow at night...when we are closed!

There was the cavalier modifiers .. small but still cool enough.

I picked up all 4 at WalMart a while back. 2.97 each cdn.

I also own one of those Toyota Cavalier models, which are a good model size to modify if thats what your into.
