Friday, March 17, 2006 4:49 PM
well after the dude telling me the engine would only take 2 weeks it took 7 weeks and i finally got it back today, dude charged me $900 bones too which i think is BS since he kept telling me "stop in friday or stop in monday from every week from the end of the 2nd week on but whatever. The rebuilds parts are in my profile so check it out, its a full rebuild btw. ill be putting the new timing chain crap and my JBP s/c grind cams in tomorrow and hopefully start putting it in monday.

I know this is to support the boost, but how much HP would you get out of that motor N/A?

well the engine is to support 9-11 psi on the gm charger and nitorus, i was running only 6 psi and 35 shot when a wrist pin in the pistons started tapping so i decided to put cams, 2.3 pump swap and all the goodies you can do to the 2.4 engine in there while i had the cash. im not too sure on how much hp i would be pushing N/A but with the 6 psi and like a 35 shot i should be around 250whp, maybe more i have no idea. ill be well into the 13's though so thats my goal. i still havent put the 2.6" pulley on and i still got a 55 shot nozzle to try. im again fully untuned other than the gm reflash which doesnt do anything. good things to come

correction on 250whp with 6 psi and 35 shot.....might be less i have no idea but i could care less, as long as im in the 13's , im leaning to break the record if you wanna call it of 13.1 on the gm charger with nitrous in a 4 speed auto.
