What kind of tool did you use to get them that smooth? Just like a dremel, or what? I have a set of rims that I'm getting powdercoated that have a few nicks that I want to take out. Thanks

I also have a couple nicks in the lip where someone tryin to mount the tired indented it. can I use clear coat and fill it then sand it smooth?
