what gauge cluster is that? mines done for and i want that same cluster.
i'm baaaaack!!

its gonna piss you off more that i got it brand new from American TV for only $50... lol
oh yeah i deff think you should go the with the Type X componets instead of the type rs
ill get a pic of my trunk in a min
Your right, that does piss me off more.
The cheapest I've even found it on ebay was for like 65.

here it is lil messy i still need to carpet it and clean it up a lil
little tacky, just needs some finishing work
plans are to mold the gauges carpet the install in the trunk, if not change it completely.
How are your type E's white? mine are silver.

would that cluster work in a 04 cavlier??
how does that 00+ cluster work on your 98? thats my main question
1998 Chevrolet Cavalier
5-spd
the type E's are white cause there the older model
When i got the car it had the pcm swap done to it. thats why the cluster works. im also running the reflash. and yes the type e's are almost 4 yrs old and still bumpin strong.....
i thought i was the only one that kept bolts in my cup holder
yeah those are the ones that hold the dash together still havent bolted it together since im getting sirius sat radio..
You're recommending Type X over Type R, and yet you're running Type E??
lmao. Alpine Pwnz
IMO, the gauge thing in the center vents should actually fill the entire opening, havin' the huge gaps on the sides makes it look like it doesn't belong. Turbo timer blocks usage of hazard, looks sorta outta place as well. Have you thought about mounting it on the underside of the steering column? I'm lovin' the hide-away amp controller too

My cup holders - and my multi-bit tool kit - are full of screws/bolts
Then again, my interior is out, so I have an excuse

its not the turbo timer
its my Electronic Valve Controller aka boost controller and i thougt about moving to under side just havent made my mind up yet. and the gauges will be molded in just waiting until my engine is in the car and its running. BTW the boost controller is just sitting there lol and for the type Es the only reason im still running those subs are that they still work and i havent blown them yet. also i am running the type x 5 1/4 componets in the doors so thats y i recomend them. ive heard the type rs and wanted them for the longest time then i listened to the type x's and bought them on the spot. lol

Buy stuff from CarCustoms Ebay! Won't be disappointed!
Ahh, I c. Yea, when I said turbo timer I meant to say boost controller
lol. So the Type X is really that good then?? Hmm, I guess I'll have to skip Type R's all around and do Type X in the front only
I'll still be doin' Type R subs tho, I doubt that the box I'll be building will be compatible with the X's - not to mention all the extra power I'd need for the X's
Meh, send them E's my way, I'm good at blowin' stuff up
haha.
