UPS handled my rims nicely, but they also had tires on them on cardboard strapped over each end with padding in between, no boxes though. Sorry to see that.
I was honestly suprised that they all weren't damaged by the way the boxes all showed up. I've just never had to return something that i ordered online before, expecially of this magnitude. I just hope the next 2 they send arrive ok.
look good should be nice when you get them on, but I doubt its UPS fault, those were not packaged very well from what the pics show.

Area51... seeing those on your car was actually the real reason why i picked them up. I really wanted them in GM, but i searched high and low for the size i needed... so i settled with these. I can't wait to get some rubber on them and put them on!

Actually a store on ebay sells them in gun metal for 19s I don't knw about 18s

Ashley- I saw they had them in 19"s, but many of the wheel places around here won't touch wheels and tires under 40 sidewall height. So 35 would be pushing it without being knocked up with rediculusly high mounting fee's.
Thanks for the comments everyone. I am just really bummed out about the 2 wheels. I called up summit again and asked them, how long it take for this to happen. They said i have to wait for UPS to check them out and they won't be sending the new ones untill they recieve the old ones back. But they also don't know how long it will take UPS to come and and check them out. Anyone ever have to deal with a situation like this and waiting for UPS to check everything out? I leave for spring break in 3 weeks and if the new set gets here then, my mom won't know what the hell to look for. I dunno... this is depressing.

Hot wheels Cody, but in defense of my employers, 7 times ot of 10, UPS is just the messenger, or the bearer of bad news if you will, not necessarily the ones who damaged the wheel. Summit could have recieeved them damaged or damaged them while doing whatever it is they do.
Anyway, as far as UPS coming back to get them, I'm not 100% sure of how it works. It may take longer if you have Summit do it, I'm not sure. I'd call both Summit and UPS to see how to handle it, ask Summit if they will contact UPS and how long it will take. I know the process in which the driver goes to get a package (comes through the system, we print out a "call tag" for the driver to affix to the box when he goes to pick it up, etc etc) but I don't know how long from your call or Summit's call to our system it takes. Like if u call today, I dont know when UPS gets the info to print the label and give to the driver. ANyways, good lucks, UPS will take care of you one way or another.

Thanks for all the good comments everyone, i was having a depressing day thinking about all this and then getting called into work early so i couldn't call Summit up. But i just got home and check my other order status with them for some more goodies that i ordered for more GOOOO!... and i had a 3rd order on there when I only placed 2 with them so far... it was for the second shipment of wheels to my house!
.. I LOVE SUMMIT!.... I am very happy so far with their customer service!. Hopefully this set will arrive in better shape. UPS never came and picked the old ones up today, so maybe before the end of the week i hope.
