The only reason I decieded to post this if because I've seen threads on this site where people will tell others that its not a big dela heat them and everyone telling them its dangerous doesn't knwo what they are talking about ect..

Myabe its just me but personally that doesn't look somethign I would want to be on my car.... maybe I'm just over carefull or paranoid but it doesn't seem like it would be very effective in keeping the wheels planted on the road, and the car in control.... but what do I know

yeah these are for sure done wrong but if you know what you are doing you can take a little out of the spring and it is fine....the best suggestion is just to tell people not to try it so they dont end up with what you have

Wow those look very bad like you tried to deform them. I had my springs heated on my camaro for over a year and they never looked like that. It rode pretty good and handled well, Now I am not saying do this because it isn't very safe. I was young and dumb, My camaro looked like a 4x4 when I put my 18's on and it was only $80 at the time. The shop that did mine won't do them anymore, That is a good thing. I would never do it again but, at the time it fit the bill.
