This is actually going to be a 2 part update....
To start the update, these are the parts I have recieved from Friday to Monday...
I ordered a new Turbo Manifold and sold my old Turbo Manifold. I ordered a new one because I went with a turbo that didn't have an internal wastegate, so I needed a manifold that was setup for an external wastegate. This was made by CCFab.
Ordered a bunch of T-bolts
Special Thanks to Aaron from Turbo Tech Racing for helping me get the fitting for the Block
A bunch of couplers ordered from ATP Turbo
A 2 1/2" to 2" reducer
A bunch of U bends
Special Thanks to Eric at Pacesetter for helping me get the O2 Sensor Bungs
Stainless Braided Oil Line
last but not least...
Thats right, I'm sending my manifold to Jet Hot for a special coating. I'll be mailing it out tomorrow.
Now before you guys ask, here is what is left:
* Transmission Cooler - Ordering tomorrow
* SRT-4 Spark Plugs - Buying locally tomorrow
* FULL Zeitronix Wideband Unit + Display + Boost Sensor + EGT Probe - Will be here tomorrow
* A couple 1.5" U bends for the wastegate dump - probably ordering next week
* Rest of the Oil line kit - Should be here tomorrow
Also, this should be installed starting on the 24th of this month. Me and MINION (Josh) are going to try and get this sucker installed and ready to roll.
Any questions or comments, feel free to ask...

wow man nice start. that reducer looks like its overlaping another coupler to me??? but you'll like that coating!
**changes are here**
just get that @!#$ in there lol
SWEEET!
Nice helper you picked out too there, I'd trust Josh with my @!#$ in a heartbeat watching the Sinbird build.
damn, sounds like alot of fun. keep us posted
what is is yo
damn dude, its really happening- good luck!
Wow very nice Adam. Glad to see your getting along. What kind of dump valve are you going to get? A boost activated one?
Awesome stuff Adam! and thank JoeDM, that was nice
My only curious notion:
It doesn't look like they machined the flanges after welding. I know Brian does a good job and is a beast on the CNC mill - the flanges were good, but he machine lathes all of the flanges 100% perfect before AND after welding when he builds the manifolds. I'd put a straight edge (the real metal bar, not a ruler) to the flange and stick some feeler gauges under it unless they already did this and it didn't need machining.

I think I'm gonna just do a regular dump for now.

Looks amazing...
Now please cut your fingernails!
that manifold is flat. trust me, i inspect everything before it goes out, and there was no reason to machine those flanges, although z speed cavis mani did require a quick zap.
cut ur damn finger nails.... lol

alot of great looking parts......
Just a couple of tips (turboed a few cars in my time
)
Cut the Exhaust flange between the ports....... trust me. If you dont, when the flange expands (which it will do) it'll snap those exhaust studs off......
Stop in at Home Depo, Menards, or even Ace...... and pick up a stainless steel Handicap Bathroom railing..... they make great open dump wastegate pipes...... trust me
Once your pipes are all made up (intercooler) have those suckers powder coated....
Search online for a 'turbo blanket', goes on the turbine side of the turbo....... they work wonders at keeping under hood temps done....... and even help increase spool up time.....
Once you get the down pipe made up...... send it out to get Jet Hot coated...... well worth it.
thats about it....... have fun
