Here's some pics (hopefully this works) of my Cavy.
Before:
After installing Eibach Prokit, Koni Yellows and Wheels
Close up of the new shoes.
I had planned on getting the car painted blue but after getting the new wheels Im liking the plain black and white look. Im still not decided on the color to paint the calipers and brake drums. Im in the process of getting rid of the pen strips, badges, and door moldings
i say..
lose the pin striping and moldings
clear corners
and for gods sake paint the drums...black imo
then eventually get the import fighter kit
Looks like a good start. Keep us updated on your progress. I too would lose the pin stiping and the moldings.
looks good... but damn thats a very mild drop. it hardly looks different. i suppose im used to my coilovers though.
nice start man. paint the drums black, and the calipers red. and get the lip kit from rksport for the base bumpers looks real good and not many have it. also c/f looks hott on white.
heres a pic of the rk lip

Who actually reads on here anymore. I think people just look at the pictures and nothing else sometimes.
Anyways, I think it's looking nice...post pics when you debadge/demold/destripe it.
Thanks all for the comments. The stripe is almost all removed from the drivers side. I took off the Cavalier badge on the rear but it left a dark greyish outline (not the foam backing). Almost like it is stained into the clear coat. I want to find a good way of removing it before I go removing any of the other badges or side moldings. Some sort of mild abrassive I guess, any one have this issue and what did you use? I actually started leaning toward yellow for the brake drums and calipers since you can see the koni's through the wheels. The koni's and eibachs were only installed 5 days ago, perhaps they're not finished setting, first car I dropped so Im not sure. That RKSport lip kit looks sweet. With the purchases Ive made for the car this past month its going to be a bit of time before I can put more $ into it. I still have 4-1 header, motor mounts, cat, and clutch sitting in my garage to be installed.
good start man keep up the good work.....
i like it when people do things right
Mild drop indeed, but at least you got the performance over stock now. Crystal/Jacob, took the words right outta my mouth lol.
Now keep on modding!
Acav2envy, thats a sick cav, I never new my crappy stock front could look like that! I'll stick to my Combat front tho.
I finally got around to getting some of the suggestions from my original post completed. I threw together a cheezy web page that tells my tale of moding. Im pretty much done with my cav, now its on to restoring my 86 Monte Carlo. Enjoy

It's look sick with a IF kit and no mouldings w/ paint matched door handles and side mirrors!
