Well it finally happened 2 nights ago. Matty welded up the shock mounts and installed the Nissan Hardbody shocks he had in the garage. They get full travel and fit in there just nicely. The bags were mounted, and you'll notice that in order to have the car as low as possible, they were mounted lower than the axle. All thats left to do now is to get my fuel cell made, hardline the air ride, and run the fuel lines up through the trunk.

Total list of mods included to make this happen were:
shortened rear axle by 3.5 inches, trailing arm moved back 1 1/8 inches, custom crossmember welded in to hold trailing arm, full tubs in rear, firestone 2500 bags, custom bag mounts, strut tower brace, trimmed rear bumper wheel well 2.5 inches, Nissan hardbody pickup shocks with custom mounts and of course, 22x8.5 wheel with a 265/35/22 tire.

Looks like some good work, need some pics with the wheels on, and witha better camera.
I actually am picking up Borg's rsm brake kit, and hopefully I'll take pics with the wheels on and it on the ground soon. We have to run the fuel lines into the trunk, and the flex lines come in tomorrow, and then we should be set to lay it done.
can't wait to see it with the wheels on and it laid out.
