Here's a helpful tip for people out there: don't bet on yourself when you know you aren't going to win! And thus begins my downward spiral into a life of compulsive gambling, alcohol abuse, and the occasional dead hooker in the trunk....

Anyway, my car shoots flames, and I couldn't be happier

Not to sound like and ass, but man i thought the RSM kit makes more hp? i know it said lean... but even that i thought they were around 200hp and even if you got it proper fuel mixture i don't think it would make up the 32hp or what ever it was... i know the only other person in alberta with a GM kit dynoed at 205hp @6psi of boost... Cant wait to see what i dyno with 10psi

But either way matt your car is NICE!!!! i love the look of it...not sure if you were going for this look but it has the Camaro SS front look to it...

blue car (R.I.P) - 240whp @7psi..
silver car - 305whp 315lbs.tq @15psi (91 Octane) or 420whp & 425lbs.TQ @20psi (94 octane+Alcohol Injection)
All dynos run on a Mustang dyno

thanks man yea i like the camaro look, trust me im well aware of the lack of fuel and theres alot of other factors killing my numbers right now, but mainly its fuel and the basic concept that it takes 3 things to make power fuel, spark, and air, I need work in 2 out of 3 of those areas.

If my scanner actually worked id get up the sheet but even at my "richest" point my afr was 13.8 and that was at 3500 rpm which is in the area of only 1-2psi at that rpm, I need more fuel ALOT more, the air is much too hot due to me having an older verson of a 2.4L charge pipe and nothing cooling the charge, im getting a new aluminum charge pipe made up and getting the Cry02 system too cool the charge down acceptable levels, my exhaust is a patchwork of errors that is no doubt hurting me, I need a full 2.5 inch system and a better header.

The power is there to be made, im leaving alot of power on the table once i make the corrections ill be just fine

2psi of boost at 3500 rpm man thats less then what my buddy makes with his turbo.... but yea get it all worked out and dyno again... once my new trany is put in and broken in im going to hit the dyno... might even see what the 2.5" pulley will do for me over the 2.6" pulley with 10psi of boost

Do you have any idea what you're talking about here? A centrifugal supercharger and a turbo are two COMPLETELY different beasts. The amount of boost a centrifugal s/c makes is directly related to what rpm it is being spun at. RSM sizes their blowers a little big to leave room for more boost with a pulley change, but its at the expense of low rpm/midrange power. Thats why in so far as supercharging goes, my personal preference would be to a lysholm blower, instead of a vortech. Rodimus' setup will make power once he does what every eco owner looking for boost needs to do: overcome the stock ecu. Or in the case of Rich, bypassing it entirely. Improper fueling and timing is a huge deficit to power production. Even on my dyno, between the 2nd and 3rd runs, the power dropped by almost 5 whole hp from a 0.1-0.2 leaner section of the fuel curve.

rodimus' boost gauge is tilted too so it might look 2psi but its actually like 5psi or so... maybe but its definetly tilted
