Someone please tell me what to do with these things in the last 2 pics ...
Both products came with the wheels today and the center cap thing they
sent me today will not fit my front 2 tires because of the 3rd pic from the
last. Tell me what to do...As of now...Just my rear has the center caps on,
but the front wheels look like the 3rd pic from the last...So help me in
advance!

They sent with the wheels in the box...but when I put the first two on...the
caps popped off.

that happened on my buddies blazer, had to grind down the axle shaft to get it to fit right.

Those are your hubcentric rings. They go behind the rim around the hub. Just incert them into your rim and put your rim on. It keeps it from moving and sheering your lugs off the car causing your rim to go flying off.

your front brakes look tiiiny! I tihnk you need a brake upgrade now

Put them on...now when I begin to brake..it makes this loud azz noise coming from
around the front wheel aread..both sides-

THOSE ARE HOT RIMS!!

That space inside the rim to the hub is what that cures. The noise is most likely something else. But just to be safe make sure that the rims are on right. All the lugs are tight. The back of the rim is actually flat to the rotor. Just check to make sure that everything is good. Maybe you just need new pads. These rims weigh more than your old ones right?
What type of noise does it make?

Man those already look a 100x better than the white wheels!

those plastic hubs are subpose to go between the rim and the wheel plate .

then your caps should work regular.NOW GO CLEAN YOUR RIMS YOU JERK.

They are to go on the inside of the wheel where the hole is in the middle. Insert that filler piece so it fits flush with the inside.
