did you get those off Ebay? because they definitley shouldnt point up at 45 degrees like that

Yeah, they look weird....I would have bought the M3 mirrors from APC

Can you even see with those at that angle?

I know with my k6 mirrors i couldnt see out of them because of the 45 degree angle. Fix the angle problem with some spacers and fiberglass.

Get them fixed thats a huge saftey hazard.

That's exactly what I was afraid of. I think these are made by the same company a buddy of mine got M3 mirrors from. They have one mold for the mirrors, and they make mounting brackets for each car to accept the generic mirror. They always end up pointing up at a stupid angle.
I really liked the design of the mirror, but I would want it level.

Topsub, I'd do some modifying to them if I were you. They would look very cool if they were levelled off.

I think the design of the mirrors is actually REALLY nice. I just dont like them on the car. I think theyre way too angled, and the mounting looks really sloppy

I thought about getting those.
But they are white LEDs and not amber so I said no.

Yeah, I got those K6's too smatchmoe.
All angles up like wings, but that as bad as above.
I think I got it to where it needs to be.

Not sure how the fibreglass and spacer thing would work as the angle is that steep.

I'll have to get a couple pics up of the K6s.
Eps at night, because you can see the signals from the rear, which is what I was going for,

Besides, $30 shipped, I figured why not.

They're not that bad...I dont like the C/F...or the angle up. I dunno, Maybe it they were just black or painted...Kinda undecied.

On a side note, that pinstripe needs to go!! Especially since it isn't on the fenders.

I bought the E-Bay M3 mirrors w/ blue/amber LEDs. I put one on over the weekend and hated, HATED how high it was angled up (and how small the mirror surface is). So I took it off and did a s**tload of work to get the power 2D mirrors fit my 4D. I ended up taking off the sail panels (triangle piece) from each mirror, and switching them around so my 4D sails would have the power mirror from the 2D.

Here's a coupla pics of the s***ty M3:

Not sure what brought me to this thread, but you just saved me some coin.

Those mirrors looked pretty good on ebay, I can't imagine they would look good on my box.

pin strip is there because i am getting it painted, the whole car is still primered, I won't have any strip when the car is painted white again.

I think i will end up painting them black so they will match that half of the car.
