03 Cavalier Projectors & HID! (56k no)
Sunday, October 02, 2005 6:33 PM
It took a lot of work, and money, but I finally got my 2003 Cavalier Projectors installed. There are 4 angel eyes, but I am having some problems getting the other 2 angel eyes working, so I've only got 2 hooked up right now.. All in all i'm happy with them, but they're really dirty, i need to clean them.. so there is a little bit of glare. The whole car needs a bath actually.. but anyway here are the pics i took as soon as I got them up and running. Comments welcome. These beauties were created by org member Josh Wirz, click here to check out his store! THANKS JOSH! Also thanks DrPaul84! I couldnt have done this without ya! He helped my tremendously with what kind of hardware to go with. HID kit is Hella (or so I'm told.. not really 100% sure on that), the projectors are Hella D2S HID 90mm low beams. Josh put some halogen aftermarket projector fronts over my parking lights, and used a clear lens over my turn signal. They turned out absolutely beautiful imo. I'm very happy with the results.

The angel eyes:

The HIDs:

^^ The hood was popped, I was aligning the headlights.. so the gap is bigger than usual.. heh.

The cutoff: (the camera was at an angle.. sorry )

The housings:

Comments welcome! It was a lot of work, but i think it was worth it.

In a rush, dont have time to respond to every comment atm, but just to clarify the projectors were made by IZN TRBL. They aren't mass produced.

Thanks for the comments guys, and here are some day pics:
