Mantapart Eeprom chip for the HO (2.3). Increases redline to 7200rpm, eliminates the governor (not like I need it eliminated anyway), and I believe changes my air/fuel and advances the spark. And I didn't have to deal with Mantapart's bs lol.

Thanks Scott!!!

7200 is nice for a while, then you want 7400, then 7800, then maybe 8200...

Enjoy the sound of your Quad at 7000+

Regularly LOL I think Mine is either 6800 or 7200 RPM, not sure which one they gave me. it is at 7000 on the tach (could be off a few 100 either way) when it limits, and the limiter is a smooth one not all jerky like some. only hit it once or twice when I first was learning the new motor. Now I can shift JUST before the limiter and get the car to torque steer (hard to do really) from 3rd to 4th. shocks the heck out of the guys in there "modded" 4-bangers.

Why thank you mdk

MyV6IsFast3r> You can ask anyone around here... I don't go out there driving like a madwoman. The most I'll ever speed is 5mph over the limit (unless it's at the track!) I'm actually a very good driver, I was taught well Plus, I'll be 25 in 6 months... I did all my stupid driving and showing off when I was 16-19 or 20... and learned my lessons the hard way.

Gotcha I live in Columbus, and im about sick of being cut off, pulled out in front of then called a POS by the woman that cut me off in the 1st place. Granted there are men that do it to, but i drive very respectable, and i get passed by, cut off and pulled out in front of by a lot more women than I do men. Half of the time they are talking on a cell phone or doing makeup. I don't understand why guy's insurance is so much more, or maybe im just a good one. Anyways good luck with the chip....
