however, i think you need to do something to the door... or if you wish to leave them plain that would work to, but then you would need to paint the passenger vent black again cuz its just sitting there stickin out like a guy wearing a yellow suit...at a funeral...

Hey did you paint your car yourself, thats what I am doing next summer. The interiors just turn out soooo nice when your all done.
yup all done myself. the console has a couple area's that need to be sanded later on down the road and touched up from gettin bumped. otherwide simple job and looks so much better. cant wait to loose the nasty fresh paint smell from the car!

I cannot believe all of the questions I am recieving here about this. I am so glad to see everyone elses interest in doing this. I had thought about doing it indigo blue to match the body of the car but the silver just looks so much better.

I shortened my shaft for the shifter and put a 92 cav knob on it. I goofed and had to rig it up to keep the knob on it. so dont bash on the hose clamp!
