ok i have 2 r racing things and i have seen people who have crazy rides but have like r racing floor mats still....its not a big deal i needed floor mats. does it matter that they say r racing. and whats wrong with chrome tail lights? i also see realy nice cars with them. i have clear corners and shaved badges and stuff like all the other "non rice" cars on here have im just not at the same level as them...like bodykits and rims. so i dont know how it would look better stock. and i cant justify the neons i guess i am a ricer because i have neons, im 15 years old i cant get a bunch of preformance mods because i dont think it woulr really be safe for someone who is just learning to drive to have them.

honestly i dont think the tails or the seat covers are doing much for the car....if it were modded a little more id say the tails would fit better, but i just dont like those on the car lookin that stock
it could be alot worse, at least you dont have stickers all over

Exactly, u cant get mad cause people don't like your car.. there is this god awful thing that we have access to..its called having Free Speech..dunno who came up with the idea.. but its out there so not everyone is going to agree with you. i almost completely agree with The Other Matt... In my "ricer" stage of my old 00 i had flame floormats, steering wheel cover, some stupid lights in the interior, and even thought it was cool to paint my hubcaps.. o yeah.. but then i came to a tasteful sense and realized i shoulda just kept it all stock. Sorry man but the cheap mods you've done lean towards alot of rice...
Just a note on the performance thing... thats a lie... lol anyone can add performance.. there is a thing called letting off the throttle.. so its not like with mild modifications with only 10-20hp increase ur going to be going so uber fast and crash... u can do the same thing stock..
Saving the money on the seat covers and stuff like that u could have done some better things.. but props on the clear corners and shaved badges..
Not to be rude but im just stating my opinion.. if u dont want opinions dont ask for them.. cant expect everyone to agree.. Hell after typing this im waiting for someone to disagree with me.. cuz i kno its gonna happen..

No problem, i remember when I was your age and thought certain things were cool, then i got out of High School and went to some shows and started realizing those things weren't that cool. the things that i would change are euro tails back to stock, remove the neon license plate holder, the seat covers, the floor mats, and the window decal. Other than that the car is clean, maybe you could paint the interior if you are looking for more red on the inside, you can go to a local auto store and get 500 degree spray paint, 500 degree clear coat and primer. If you need steps on the correct way to paint I will be glad to help you. your car looked alot like mine when i first started out so go take a look at my cardomain page and look at the old pics.

Seriously, dont get all bent out of shape because people dont like it. A lot of people went through a phase like that. when i was 15 i would do almost anything to mod my car, but after awhile you start to realize that just because you can do something doesnt mean you should.
The few mods that people have listed above you can definitley live without, that car has all kinds of potential.
Honesty can be brutal. I will say, when I was 16, my car looked 10X worse. And you know as I went along I learned and realized how much money I spent on plain crap. Im just looking out for you. Save up and get Nice Quality stuff, don't just blow an extra $10 here and there on crap.
You said you wanted feedback, so quit crying about it when it's not what you want to hear "your car looks amazing." Just being honest with ya man.

i like the front bumper.. that mesh looks good in there... other than that, loose the autozone junk
the car has some deffinate potential, i like the handles and mirrors also the mesh in the front all look really good. the tails arent even that bad. all in all its a nice car just needs to be cleaned up a lil bit, the clean look dose wonders. p.s you dont need a body kit to look good! keep it up it will come around, alot of the really nice cars on here started out lookin like crap.

but all looks good and its a start most peeps except for the rich kids start out the same way. we buy things that are affordable to start getting some koolness and such to our car. sure the matts are ghey and the seat covers dont fit much but you have to start some where, but just take what people say and build your car your way..
I dont ever want to see the same thing so try to be original but its hard now every one has done it.

hey man i wish i had a z, you got lucky in being able to snag a z, i am 17, and you can see in my sig that my car is far from perfect but i am working on it. i took a lot of crap for things i've done to the car... just shrug it off and keep truckin, eventually if you do it right people will say they like it. But if they don't, WHO CARES? it's your car if you like it that's all that matters...
some things i would do if i had your car would be shave the moldings, and all badges, i can't tell if you just debadged the hood or whatever else from your pics.. and maybe paint the interior, i'd find a red as close as possible to your exterior and sand pieces smooth and paint em... or maybe do red and black or red and something else, it's your car do whatcha want

hes right everyone goes through this. your young and you want to mod. your problem is instead of savin' up for nice mods you blow it on cheap mods. you dont have to buy all these $30 mods. save up and get some nice stuff. i know your gonna say, im only 15 how am i suppost to get this stuff?. honestly modding a car is one of the most expensive hobbies. i dont even wanna get into the amount of money i dropped into my car already. also everyone bein' brutal to you is probably the best thing. do you really want us to lie to you and tell you your doing a good job? sometimes you have to say harsh @!#$. as for the floor mats, why not go to the dealer and get a set? i went to the dealer and got mine. 40 bucks for the front mats. your biggest problem is you just wanna mod your car so quickly and it shows w/ all these cheap little mods. jsut take your time on it. one day it will be done.
