i did the same thing you did , take off the emblem in the back .
but then i decided to switch the c/f, it looks so nice in the sun !

The LS sport kit really is the best. Mine came from a grey cavy so I had to sand all the paint off and while i was at it i cut the grill out of the front and shaved the plate holes and the "CHEVROLET" insignia in the back bumper, it'll look real clean
