Tuesday, August 09, 2005 2:00 PM

These pics were tooken in my gf's driveway but didn't get the scenery pics that I
really wanted because it rained horribly at the beach...but

-Trunk lid is shaved
-Back to stock tailights
-Rksport wing is finally painted
-All body work complete

Next on my modification list is Ground Control coilovers and Koni Yellows...

Looks pretty neat, but I bet you can see the plastic crap on the tailights now (the stuff going into the trunklid).

IT WILL BE CLEAN IF U DO THAT BUT REROUTING THE TANK, I WOULDN'T WANT TO DO IT. MAYBE TRY LIKE THE SPARCO GAS LID OR JUST KEEPING IT RED BECAUSE IT REALLY DOESN'T STAND OUT

That looks really good now. One of the best 4 doors that I have seem

The only thing I would change is either a dual exhaust and your set.

Wow, I can't believe how much respect I get from all of yall now that I come on here and just listen to what yall have to say.....Thanks everyone for commenting so far....thanks for the kind words man...

And for the tint, I am gonna go with North Carolina legal 35%

Do u plan on showing the car at car shows or is this just for your personal taste? If so dont tint the windows, if you tint the windows people can't see in your car. You dont see alot of show cars with tint, at least the ones that compete all the time.

Much improved!

I recall when you first came on here, how big of a ricer you were painting the door panel carpeting, and all that other fun @!#$ I called you out on.

You've definately improved!....and I'm glad you're getting a real, and safer suspension setup! That's one thing on your car that bothers me still, but at least you're acknowledging it.

Hey! Nice looking shaved trunk you've got there!!! Car looks great! I think shaving the handles/locks/gas door would be awesome. I'm all for the shaving. And I think it would be fine to tint your windows. If you do show, you can always roll the windows down, which is what I've always done. The back windows won't roll all the way down but 35% isn't that dark. All in all, looking hot!!!! I love that wing on your car! Keep up the good work!

Wow that means a lot ...coming from someone else with a nice ass cavalier.....
Thanks so much for writing all that down.

To everyone....I also remember my "ricer" days...And one thing I always wanted from
here since day 1, was to get JOTM...And that is still gonna be my goal til I reach it
eventually. By reviewing everyone's reactions and opinionated minds, I use all that
towards the action of modifying my car and it has now helped me out tremendously.

I think that you've got a good attitude about everything and I hope you keep working towards your goal. Hopefully my car will be JOTM worthy one day, too.

cars lookin hot man

1. hes got lambos on his car so if hes at a show his doors pry gonna be up any way tint wont matter

2. in my opinion i would shave the rear doors and just the locks on the front I think it looks better for some reason dont know what its is

3. suicide the rear doors and your set

I am talking mostly about the back window, look on national custom car association's web page, the cars that are wild and elite don't have tint because you can't see in from behind. If he plans on adding tvs and such, you will only be able to see from the side and shows like HIN you don't have the room sometimes and people get stuck looking from behind. Plus shows like HIN are dark and when u have tint it makes it darker inside the car, so at a show like that you wouldn't be able to see as well as you could with no tint. Not telling him not to do it but i have been in lots of shows like HIN and the top cars usually don't have tint for those reasons.

If I did, it would leave a gap between my light and rear bumper..Been there, done that
Thanks for the kind words...

i love everything but the wheels. those wheels are way to simple and cheap looking and make an otherwise perfect exterior look cheesy. get some higher class or professional looking rims and the car will be perfect.
