These are just ideas and I'm not telling you how to do your project, but here are some of my input from other people's projects.
I somewhat agree with Dave Dunsmoor....but I like the exposure that a lot of the JBO members are getting for those that don't have video clips. If you're going to use slideshows......do it as a transitions from one vid clip to the next and use it sparingly, so as not to look like "just another slideshow."
Some have left many great vid clips of their J's, such as NJHK (wanna see more clips of your awesome car though). I know I've run across a JBO member racing a cop car (KARO is his name) and winning in a vid. It's not too clear, but you can tell it's his car and a cop car. I don't remember the JBO member, but he made a great short video of burnouts (and even blew out one of his old tires on steelies doing it). Another has made a vid from a door-mounted cam drive down his block. I'd definitely like to see Modfire's AutoX in there and I've seen a few other JBO members that have made great vids of AutoX as well. Somebody brought up a great idea of putting in Hotbodies Contest pics/vids in it. Maybe some dragstrip vids, car-club fly-bys(ride-bys), even stereo sound-offs.
Try doing a search of videos here on the site....if you find a couple of people....just contact them and see if you can use their videos. If the videos aren't up any more......I can guarantee that the person who originally posted it still has those vids stashed away so their mommies and daddies don't see what their sons and daughters are doing to the cars that they bought for them.
These aren't just ideas for the one creating the video compilation, but for everybody else that submit.
As for the music behind it......I'm sure you'll think of something great.

the 14th for me was no good.. no one was able to get a cam... however... this saturday if the car holds... i will be on an actuall road couse.. i will have a cam mounted around the car.. i will let you know if everything works out as planned... i would love to get this footage to you

It would take days to send ... should i put it on a CD and bring it to the meet?
