Not yet. el cheapo paint/primer. Just to keep the car covered and all one color. Planning on primering it later this summer/early fall or early spring/summer next year if all goes well. maybe sooner. Rather sooner than later. But money is the deciding factor
man the front of that thing is gonna look sweet.
What front bumper is that?
The front is the Kmax front. I have some plans for the bumper light lens holes. since I have a different type of headlight on there now.
I hope thats not all spraypaint? Theres alot of stuff in those pics that I personally would have done differently to avoid cracking and problems in the future but your not me.
It still has a a real good layer of the factory paint under it. It wasn't completely sanded down. it was just mainly scuffed. I've already have some cracks in the fenders. mostly stress cracks. I believe. I intend on getting a filler primer. To help get rid of most of the those problems once I have the money. And more time to sit down and paint it better. but the primer I"m looking at is 60 bux plus it requires a reducer I believe it was. I'm not sure cause it has been a few weeks since i was in and was looking at the primer and what it required.
im on cable, and those pics took forever to load!
other than that. the car should look tight when all said and done.

K the car was a very good choice, but can i ask you a question, I know you want to be diffrent and all, but why put civic lights on a cav? do you really like to think you drive a civic, everytime you go for a drive. buddy jokes here
good luck on a wicked progress, and i wish i had your brains to make a project like this, hell I have a gt bumber for my car, and im afraid to remove one bolt. later yo..

You already answered your own question.
The perpose of the lights is like z2flip4 said and you stated is to be different. I figured I would get some flamed for the lights actually was figuring I would get flamed allot more. But I figured for the first attempt at a headlight conversion the lines seemed to flow rather well and figured it would be a good one to learn on. And I hope to do changes to the car for show seasons once I have the time to be able to attend shows. It was an easy starting point. did want to go all out on the first time doing it cause then it would be hard to improve on. This way with every show season it can be changed to something different so your not seeing the same exact thing year after year. Keep the comments coming.
