Thanks for nice comments guys. Clean and simple is the name of the game to me. I took second at nopi I got beat out by a black sunfire with flashy graphics, looked kinda ricy I thought but oh well Ill take second.

how did you do your wheels like that?
LOTS of prep time. I had a local paint and body shop mix the color, its a few shades darker than most of the gunmetal colors you see around plus they added metal flake to it. Like I said lots and lots of prep before painting.

With the wheels, did they start out as the chrome or machined face version? Would the lip be any diff between the two?
they were polished, which took longer to prep than if they were just machined. I just masked off the lip first thing because I wanted it left polished thought that would look better than just the entire wheel painted.
very nice, i plan to paint my ls wheels too like that. how much roughly was it to get them painted?

It was around $40 for all the supplies. Paint, primer, clear coat etc. As for painting I did the painting myself not sure how much someone would charge to do it. Like I said there was a bit or prepping to do.
