It cost me $290 to do the kit, because I had the flip ups, and to do this, i needed new fenders, hood, cowling, bumper, grille...
For a non-flip up, all you need to do is bolt up the front and rear bumpers, and weld on brackets, then you can just glue/screw on the side skirts and door skins
