this is the process this has been through for about 2.5 weeks now




and now the finished results I know I still need a intercooler and a fmu but its running lean so the purchase of a fmu will be made this week. as you can see its put on the dyno it was running about 3 psi with about 110 hp ( a little week if I must say but there is plenty of tuning to do. just thought I'd show and tell before the final results by this weekend

I thought the 2.2L motor ran over 100hp stock.

If you guys didn't notice, he said he was only running 3 psi when he got those numbers. That looks really good ryan. Keep up the good work, get it tuned, and turn up the boost

stock 2.2 (early models) were 120 at the crank, his dyno is odviously at the wheels seeing the car is on a dyno not the engine. So 100hp is a bit confusing to me seeing as its boosted.

actually stock is 95 hp and since its running really lean the guy who was dynoing it didn't want to push it to hard due to the fact of early detonation to the pistons I should have stated that earlier sorry. but the guy did say once the fmu is in place and the fuel setup is correct he seems to think it should be pushing around the 220 mark at my 7psi I origanlly wanted. the cavaliers that came 110 hp stock was 91 when the mpfi came out I only have a tbi.

First off very nice. Second yeah so he is running a crappy 3psi wiht leaning out what do you expect 300000000whp come on think about it if the fuel isnt there then its not gunna run in its prime. People need to think about @!#$ befor ethey post. Again nice owrk and hope to see those numbers increase with proper fuel and more boost. best of luck.
