They have a lot of work to do yet i just figured id post some pics up because this is my first fiberglass project. There are holes drilled though the panel so the fiberglass would hold better and im also fiberglassing a layer on the back to bond with the front, hopefully that easy enough to just stand, i wasnt sure how to word it. I still have A LOT of work to do on them, the other 2 holes in the door panels will be covered up also. I will most likely cover it with silver carpet or silver vynil im not totally sure yet, the top part will be black and the fabric in the panel will be red and match my car. On to the pictures all comments good or bad welcome so is advice.
Heres 2 or my sub box which is also almost finished, i need to build the sides yet

Hart Audio....good stuff
you going hart all the way through the car? there good, clean sounding subs...shoulda got the big brother Kove armageddon though...cost is a little high though...its worth it though...there badass...oh and take and port that box a little, and those harts will totally come alive....i used to build boxs for armageddon and harts, so im not just talkin out my ass...but yeah, thats lookin pretty sweet so far.
BlackWidowCavy: Actually im replacing the Harts with Alpine type Rs when i have the money because my whole system is going to be Alpine, but the Harts are great subs, i just prefer Alpine. I used to have them ported and they were a lot louder, but im more interested in sound quality rather than how loud it is. Thanks for the good comments, keep em coming

Looks really wavey and uneven to me. Maybe its just the pictures. You should bought a stretchy fabric and stretched it over the rings and taped/stapled it to the door then glassed it. You woulda got even curves all around ect. Post final pictures when your done.

the box is going to look awesome when you build the sides. I had thought about doing that at one point when I still had 2 12"s. good luck
whoops..i still posted in your old forum!! but hey BRUCE..how'd I do..here's a pic of my wall. I decided to stay with the port~ I'm not done..just the floor and sides..which I'll be trying to get done today. the left sub LOOKS like its higher in ther photo because of the carpet folding over on the floor but its perfect. Hope I make ya proud for all the instructions you gave me
Have to thankyou big time~(i'm also debating on where I want to put my Alpine Amp. Right now its mounted on the back of my box!)
i see alot of sanding in your future.....
