Matt:
Thanks, the map sensor is hiding....behind the #4 runner and it is plugged into the bung on the back.
ZTF: Thanks man, I LOVE the sound especially at idle....It is a DynoMax Ultraflow SS muffler available
here. The tips are Magnaflow double walled tips part # 35123, you can get them at most muffler shops. The piping is all custom mandrel bent.
*Also, that nast contraption for the intake breather tube is gone, and re-done properly.
nice wheels....nice car.......whats size are they?
ClassGlass / RkSport / Eibach / Motegi / Ractive / Borla / K&N
how much did that set up cost u with ur manifold and where did u get that
With out my J there is no me
sweet whip man...yea i agree with zee twanky fo....that exhaust is pretty bad ass. how much did you pay in full for that?
Joey: They are 18" Tenzo R Mean 6's
ZfatalJ: Manifold was like $50 on eBay w/tb (Which didn't work) New T/b w/cruise and 95 bracket- $5 (junkyard) Gaskets~$12 (Napa), Porting- Free!! (Yay me!), Instal-Free, custom cruise control unit mounting-Free, Cruise cable-$3 (junkyard)= Total ~$70 thereabouts, Having mad top end pull......Priceless! Lol
....I know, I just HAD to....
Brett: The muffler was $160, the tips $40, the custom piping $100. So total $200. (except the exhaust shop I went to didn't look at it and quoted the $100, after all the trouble they went through to get it right they said it should have been more but they stuck w/ thier quote.) Also, my whole exhuast was in total much more expensive cause I also have an OBx header and a high flow cat.
I like it, the only thing I would change is grinding the casting lines off, that is what I did to mine and it gives it a MUCH cleaner look and take off the airbox mounting braket. Nice job overall, I LOVE that color, and the choice of wheels couldnt be better.
In the last pic it looks like part of the EGR line is re-ran back into the air intake pipe. Are you actually still using the EGR or is that something else. If you are i'm currious to know what you're doing.

No...actually that part has since been re-done, that is me using part of the EGR tubing to make a 90* elbow for the breather hose on the intake. I needed someting to bend it and the EGR tube was handy. Also, if you look you will see that the EGR valve itself is mounted on the end of the intake cam. I dont have the EGR sim yet so I just plugged it back in and mounted it somewhere and it keeps everything (sort-of) happy. I still have the EGR CEL, but before I plugged it in the car was running way, WAY, off (rich or lean I dont remember) enough to make the header glow. So Until I get my sim, it is just sitting there. It still bogs and is running rich but O well.
Very nice, love your car.. Im diggin the exhaust set up as well.. Keep it up.
