Its like I scratched the paint.. I dunno... But I will try anything ya'll throw at me, it looks so tacky.. lol.
Wash with soap and water. Dry it. Get some rubbing compound. Rubb till the marks are gone. Then polish it up. Done.
i did the same thing with my side moldings. it seemed to take the clear off using the wd-40. i had a body shop look at it and they said the only thing to do was to repaint it so i had it repainted when i had my sides skirts molded.

You use the rubbing compound to get rid of scratches and marks like he had.
The polishing compound is to remove the compound swirls that are made after. It just does what it is, Polish.
