Well i finally snapped a few pics of my car this spring after many of my new mods have gone in. Here is what it looked like before winter last year...
And here we are now...
Front..
Side..
What do we have here?...
Peek a boo...
Damn thumb... The guys at
RD FABS have done it again with another show/ performance quality CAI... All the new goodies seen here were also installed by Chris ( agentomega ) , Ryan Denhease and myself.
mmm... gettin a bath.... Anyone notice somthing else in the pic?
ok that is it for now, yes the quality sucks, but hey i don't own a digital camera so these are 35mm scanned to my comp. Oh and yes i know my center caps are missing, Chris is working his signature touch on giving them a new face lift.
Man, Cody...it is gonna be ONE good summer!!! Car looks great--I like it without the vinyl for sure!
looks nice. I don't notice anything except theres huge Christmas trees growing in your yard?

Chris- you know it bro.
Derek- I went from dropzone spring on OEM struts to the AGX/ Prokit combo, pin striping is off, CAI extension has been put on, motor mounts which cannot be seen, and 4 new rubbers that are the correct size for the car. So in the end, my ride is more normal rather than the front of the car being higher than the rear and it rides soooo unbelieveable right now, compared to the DZ ones.
Ya know what, my engine was soo clean in that pic you could eat off it, but i just noticed my hood looks like poo poo...
Is there a reason you put the adjustment knob to the inside of the car on the rear struts???
^^^ If you put it the other way around, the drum plate would be in the way of it gettin adjusted. through the wheel. So i just pointed them in towards the inside of the car so i can just crawl under and adjust them.
Did you do yours differently? I also saw that somone had theirs the same way.
I have mine facing out. Don't know about your wheels, but mine are open enough I can reach in an adjust them. I'll grab a picture later tonight while I am working on my car to show you.
Have you tried the different settings on the struts yet??
I had them on 2 front and 2 rear for like 2-3 days... to break them in when i drove to school which is 30 miles to and from.. it still had some bounce to it but nothing compared to that of the dropzone on stock struts. Then i put the rear to 5 and it made it even better yet. Then a few days after that i swapped the fronts to 3.. and holy @!#$!... I have been riding 3 front and 5 rear ever since then.. the end of this month a bunch of ny people are going to the Watkins glen courtsey of Krumbrakeangel who rented the track out for us and i am going to put them on 4 and 8 rear... to see what she does on a track....
My wheels are BBS style and i cannot fit my hand through them.. I can only get like 3 finger through the openings. ..
Very nice new mods!
As for the intake, who can I contact about getting the piece that goes into the bumper from the intake, so I could put it right on the end of my AEM Short Ram?
Awesome new stuff. Pinstripe removal is always helpful, and the AGX/prokit is my favorite drop for a J that I've seen. I would like to get that for my next j

There is a thread in the NE section with all the details. Stephanie rented the track out for 100 cars from 3-7 pm and there is party at her house later that night.... sleep over for those who have to travel home quite far.
