Well this was the 3rd time I've had my dash out to either redo or repaint it. So this time it was done RIGHT!!! I molded the 7inch widescreen directly to the dash (with help from DON ZANEY!) and now the monitor is part of the dash instead of being in it. Also My BRAND NEW eXcelon X789 HU wasn't gonna cut it, had to get a new eXcelon KVT-815 to go along with the other 7inch. It is all touchscreen, and I can still add another video source or 2. It is coming along slowly, but it is coming along.
Also I shaved the cigarette lighter from the dash bezel.
Unless you removed your airbags, your hideaway will most likey not fit under your carpet in this location.
Now I can have a movie or game on one screen, and still have full control of all functions of the HU, and watch or have a video game on the other screen at car shows.

BTW, I had originally did this modification back in August 2003. The only difference is the monitor is part of the dash now.

Pic of the 1st time I did this. It looked good then, but now it looks TONS better.
Overall I'm happy with it so far, now I need to do my door panels in fiberglass to hold a couple components, and maybe a monitor in there too.
