Took some new pictures of my car today...it's still under construction (hence the full primer) and has a lot in store for it ....but I thought it was a really nice day and I hadn't taken any good pictures of my car with the new side skirts on...so I figured WHY NOT? It's on coilovers and I WISH I could slam it more but I live in majorly rough terrain.....and it drags everywhere as it is (especially the points on the rear bumper).

I like the flat black, but it looks hot (uncomfortably so) in those pictures. Maybe that's just me.

Nice car, I don't care for the shaved trunk but it's still nice.

i don't know if i'm a huge fan of the hood in general, but i think it looks amazing on your car. in fact, the entire dang car looks awesome. nice work!

Oh, and the primer doesn't make the car any hotter than if you were driving a black car...actually, it doesn't feel like it gets much hotter than my green cav did.

And I do have a wing for the car...it just has to be cut down and made to fit the trunk.

Please do something about those mirrors, the chrome-look never belongs on mirrors and most can't even pull off chrome rims. Other than that I'd say the back and the sides are my fave for a cav, not sure i like how the front blends with it. I feel like you need to mod the front, maybe shave off some of it so it doesnt stick out as much. The sides and rear are alot more sleek than the front. Also, i don't know if your fenders or your hood is off but it seems like they dont line up together. Love the car, cant wait to see real paint on it again.

I agree with James (ROLN19S) about the 4th pic down. I like how the car looks on this pic. I think there is somehting missing on rear. Is it because of no spoiler? or no inner taillights? Also antenna is in the way, maybe shave it?

I think it looks great Crystal!! I like the hood its different than everyone else. I would possibly think about leaving your spoiler off. The way you have it the lines flow and help bring the hood into your scheme. A spoiler might not match. Dont worry about this version of your car, third time is always a charm

OK guys....here's some answers to your questions:

1) I wanted black mirrors so that I could paint them, but the place that I got the mirrors from said that they couldn't get black ones anymore. So I ordered the chrome ones instead and they MAY look alright once I get the car painted or they still may be painted....it's undecided as of right now.

2) The hood and fenders don't line up good yet...but they both might have to come off again to have some "work" done to them, so I'm not worried about it quite yet.

3) It'll be painted in a while...I can't exactly say when because we're so far behind schedule of where we wanted to be. It's hard to mod a car and drive it every day. We wanted it painted this Spring, but that's not happening. I've got paint color(s) picked out, but it'll be a secret untl it's done. You know me...always flashy.
