What really pisses me off is that I washed and waxed this 3 days before I took this picture, and the car has just sat there for 3 days.
Here's a picture of the hood. I went for a brief ride and the air coming out of the vent smelled like pollen. It was horrible.
This is my school's parking lot, and I have to park here, so its not like I have a lot of choice. Oh well. I can't wait for summer.
I also wanted to point out that I am poor, so I can't really wash it unless I drive home (bout an hour away)
Got the exact same thing on my roof.
I feel sorry for you and your car, mine looks similar only wiht little tiny leaves and twigs every time the wind blows, its so lame.... I feel your pain!
i feel your pain. my car is white so when may roles around mine gets a yellow pollen paint job free. i just don't want it.
New sig in the works
Your complaining about white, holy sh!t, lol. Imagine having BLACK!

^^^ I hate that so much. When I wash the car at my house in the spring, we have this one tree that sheds little buds all over my car. I've resorted to drive-drying it so I don't get it stuck in the water (really clean section about a block away, I crawl to it, then unleash for a mile or so)
buy a california duster and call it a day... they work really well after you wax your car...
Problem is parking it in the lot for a week - it clings to everything
heh, I don't have this pollen problem
however, I am getting red Xs for the pics

^^^ I'm with him.
I keep my car duster and a bottle of meguirs quick detailer and a towel in my trunk all the time. I dust my car 1-2 times daily and for any water marks or anything else i just spray on the quick detailer and i'm show ready every day.
I still wash my car once a week tho
California duster vote here. I love the damn thing.

pollen sucks.... I parked my car in a parking garage the other day and then went to move it yesterday, only to find out it was parked under a nest of pigeons. Pigeon crap all over the hood, everywhere.
I work on Wall Street, but didn't force you to take out a loan you couldn't afford.
You think the pollen on the outside of your car is bad, take off your dash sometime.
How many steps to heaven, Doc?
...Ah, metaphysics.
yea my car is the same way.....im in the southern part of texas and it gets really bad here. I have a black car and in about a week of not washing it it will be yellow. my friends enjoy it because while im away from my car they usually end up writing me messages all over it.

blessed with a yellow car
Suicide, I'd be pissed if my friends did that, it could scratch the paint up bad

better analogy is pollen isnt crap its used to fertilize so its more like the tree was cumming on your car
pollen: the powdery particles produced by trees, grasses, flowers, and weeds that are used in reproduction
pollen: grains that contain the male reproductive cells of seed plants.
so yeah your car got cummed on

Hey Nick Bibeault, how exactly does the meguirs quick detailer work? Ive never used it before. Can you do little areas or do you have to do the whole car for it to look good.
BTW: x4 on the california duster, they work amazingly! esp for black. And I honestly do think that the dirtier they are the better they work!

It works really well. i would reccomend that you dont use it unless you have a good coat of wax on the car to begin with. You can use it on spots of your car and not have to worry about the rest of the car. Just spray it on, wipe with towel, flip towel over and dry and your good to go. It really does work well especially for shows incase people get touchy and get finger prints on the car. I used to work with a guy who had an all original 1959 rolls royce silver cloud I James young coach edition that we had on display at a wedding show where i live. Everyone and there mothers were touching and sitting in the car and the quick detailer really helped me keep that car mint all 10 hours it was there. The coolest part about that was driving a one of a kind rolls through my mall
