well got her all buffed up and the mirrors finished and the pinstripe removed....and the trim piece between the 2 side windows is being fixxed up thats why its missing..it was all faded








and i know it needs a drop and all that stuff its all coming in due time
lambos will be on as soon as i get them shipped to me

Brian ( navycav3 ) was the first that i know of to have this particular thing done ( me being the second ) ... a local guy here in Colorado thought of doing this so the mirrors would flow better with the window trim

Looks good matt. Sucks that the pieces reacted to the paint like that. It looks pretty good with out them though lol

yeah i left them with todd...hes just gonna paint em to match the body ( red) so i think it will turn out pretty nice

imho.......i think you need to take the wing off till you get a kit and also slap some 44'mud boggers under it...j/k good work in progress

Personally, I'd just have them painted gloss black again. I think painting those body color screws up the flow of the windows. Think about why you left the ouside edge of the mirrors black. Do what you want, but it's a thought to consider.

its all gonne be repainted later on in the summer anyways..the whole car...so why not experiment and see if it looks good?

the body shop that was next to the stereo shop i used to work at had trouble even painting the door pieces black


they are a cheap plastic with some kind of clear coat on them , and if i remember they are pretty cheap to buy new from the dealer

yes they have some wierd clear coat on them....we tried painting them black...and the paint reacted to the clear that was on there and started to crack all over the place...so i took them off and hes gonna sand em down and see if he cant get em to hold a good finish

That wing looks huge... but good work on the mirrors and the intake.. i'm gettin an intake like that soon.. but gonna polish mine..

I think the OEM lights would look nice on a Red Car.
I like the side mirror but i have always like the look of just the mirror painted make the mirror stand out more. One you add other thing will make the car look whole. That wing just stands out with out no body kit.
