The HCI article is the most technically inaccurate thing I've ever read. When I bought the car the wastegate was set at like 4 or so PSI but due to the IC I was barely seeing 3 psi. There were zero fuel mods done to it at the time. Me and friends have gotten it to where it is now running 8-10PSI and rich as hell.
