It ain't a "piece" dude, wheels would be a good start.
On the positive note....
Car actually has a lot of pential considering i don't see a ton of rust. Window Tint, new body kit and clear corners... Some rims and paint would help ,but just save your money for the big things and don't stress the haters!

probably the same reason most of the people on here throw their money into a car that's worth only a couple grand....
Back on topic though, get some wheels and it should look pretty nice, she's definitely clean!
