Looks good man! But honestly soon at shows rides will recieve more points if they don't have those door kits than if they do because factory will be more rare. Don't get me wrong man your ride looks good no doubt. It just seems that everyone now has these door kits. Good luck with your ride though and keep us updated!

I think the doors should go up more vertical, i dont really like the way it looks. I'd probably bang my head on the door.

yup, almost a hundred or so on this site alone have them, that is out of 25,000 members. But then again my Hagens were PLAYED out when I got them too. I heard that so much when I got them, and like 6 people had them, and Mine were the only CHROME set. Anyway, I know of 2 people here in Flint that have them, 1 guy on a Civic Hatch widebody, and the other on a 80's G-Body w/22'z (Gangsta) So I'm not worried about them bein played out.
At the Autorama a few weeks ago, I counted less than 10 cars with vertical doors, there could have been more, but I only remember about 10. Anyway that show had HUNDREDS of cars. Not too played out.
If you think about it, our Cars are played out, I mean ALL OF US have em.

imo, they seem a lot more played out, because we are in a selct group of individuals who are more into this stuff. There's only two cars around my area (and I'm talking a 2 hour radius) who have Lambo doors..and one is a Lambo. If I had the cash (and if my Cavy was in decent shape), I'd do em in a heartbeat. Plus, I drive a Cavalier...what kinda points am I gonna get at a show in a stock-style Cavalier? lol. Lookin good.
Vertical doors plaied out? no i dont belive so, There are only 2 sets of lambos in my area, one is mine, and the other is a Diablo kit car so i dunno if that counts.

Oh and speaking of Suicide Lambos, I put em on an 79 KW (18 wheeler) but the owner decided he wants regular suicides now so back to the drawing board.

thanks for the comments about the kit. And as far as them being played out .As far as i know im the only j-body in the province of new brunswick that has them. And i believe there may be two j-bodies in Nova Scotia .So they deffinatly are not played out around here.
If ya think they are played out cause about 100 of us have them on this site lets think about how many people have big rims ,loud exhaust,big car stereo's and of course kits. I guess they are all played out too

and lambos played out? not at all. even in our select group of show cars. I have yet to see a car anywhere around my area with lambos. its possible that this show season will bring one or two...but thats still nothing compared to all of the cars that will be showing, much less compared to all of the cars in the scene or on the road. like y2kgt said....these doors are no worse than any body kit, hood, rims, exhaust, etc would be.

I was thinking about lambos but after I saw how many people in my area and on my team had them I was like, no thanks. I'll have to find something new. There are 7 people alone with lambos on my team. WOW, I gotta find something different. Now I think its better if they go completely vertical like z2flip4s or bobs on the z. Those are sold by a company out here but they price them at $1800.
I dont think they are played out they are just becoming more common. Partly because you can get them at lower and lower prices these days.
And yes, your car looks good with them on there. CONGRATS!!!
Car looks awsome man, great job. Who cares what everyone else thinks, if you like them then thats all that matters. IMO lambo doors are not played out, there just another mod done to a car. I look forward to meeting you this summer at some of the shows.

100 people on a site that includes members in the entire US and canada isnt played out. thts less than 2 people per state/province if you divided it up that way. the only reason it seems played out is because 10 people in the last month have posted pics of theirs. i think cavfire conversions are more played out than lambo doors.

Corey there is one other guy here in Fredericton that has lambos. Except they are on his cavalier.
