Canuck Springs and Koni Yellow struts and shocks. How about that! How many 2nd gens have brand new Koni Yellows bitchs!?
Conviently the driver side got the springs that sit lower than the passenger side.
I'm gonna need to roll the fenders.
I got so excited during the install I forgot to takes pics for a How-to  So I took a few picks with some left over parts.
All you have to do is buy some 3rd gen Koni Yellow inserts. In insert them into the 2nd gen casing.
You will see that when you insert the spring perch into the Upper front mount that the threads do not come through. So what you do is take out the t-shaped metal spacer that is inside the mount.
Then cut it in half. Around 7/8th from either end I think it is
Put the
small peice back into the mount. Insert Koni strut into the mount.
You will see that there is now enough threads for the nut to grab onto when you will assemble it. The only con I can see from having to cut the spacer is that when you hit bumps hard, there will be less rubber to absorb the impact on the mount, it'll be louder. So dont hit bumps hard.
If you hit bumps hard already, you deserve to have broken mounts and struts.
Voila! Now install the assembly as usual. You will now have a 2nd gen with Koni Yellow fronts. Dont forgot to get rears before Tirerack is sold out!

i would either put on phase1 lights and grille or else get a phase2 front bumper. You got a big gap there and the only way to fix it is to use the proper year front end for the bumper your using
wow nice 2nd gen, i like alot
The Canucks springs are kinda soft for lowering springs. BUt not much soft than sprints. Sill a good ride. Having Koni's helps
I think Ill end up getting the phase 1 lights soon aswell.
