As everyone knows, I sold the Chrome C5's. They were awesome when I first got them, but when I really took a good look at them, they were hirrid looking. Other then that, I have a few parts in the dining room waiting to go on..
-Type J Kit
-Spal Shaved Door Handle Kit
-Sparco Chrome Locking Gas Door
-Roof Mounted Antenna
I have a few different wheel designs in mind....I dont know tho. I want a set of 20's for shows and some sweet looking 17's for the Baer Big Brakes that are gonna be ordered in the coming weeks. I want to stay away from the C5's...I want something different this time around. Gimme some opinions guys....

Do NOT put 20's on your car please. I would sugges a black or carbon wheel with a polished lip and a nice offset.
Although honestly I think the original C5's were PERFECT on your car......
Regardless looks great, I know you'll make it look good.
I told you the type j kit in the beginning and everyone said, NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. You know your car is super clean and with a kit, it will be remarkable. Glad to see you go type j, it will look SUPERB on your car.
Honestly, I loved those rims on PHlatcav's car and can't imagine them anywhere else, but I know you have great taste, and will surprise us all. Fing awesome!

Yep, they've convinced me to get them (only in 17" - yeah I know theyre not as nice in 17" but its a practicality issue for me).

one tire was on backward, major curb rash, chipping chrome.....
why i will never buy used wheels again....
I'm either going to rolling on 18 inch black racing hart c5s with a polished lip or 18 inch konig unknowns....
I might get some chrome 20" konig tuner2's for shows.....

Looking hot, though I doubt Darren likes everyone knowing all the flaws on some wheels he just picked up and loves.
I think that you should stick with an 18in rim, it looks the best on your car, the black c5s I think would look hot but have to see. Looks good.

Minor in the eyes of some, are major in the eyes of others. Phewes obviously saw in person what the rims were like, so it was his own decision to take the rims - and again, obviously he didn't find the defects enough to warrant passing the opportunity to get one of a kind rims. He seems happy with them too, so I believe you're overreacting.
Don't start throwing names around before you know what really happened...

I hope you're not directing your post at me, because I made one simple statement, and have not "thrown" any names around.
I think that you if you got some rims with gunmetal spokes and a chrome lip that it would look sweet on your car, then again, I also think that the C5's looked good. I'm sure you'll find some rims that will set your car off even more than it already was.
