eh, what's the big deal? opening the trunk isn't much harder than opeing the gas door.

Looks hot!!!!
only problem I see it thats where the water will build up when it rains. I would suggest rasing it up to where the guy with the red one has his. you dont want all that water to go in your gas tank.

i might have to do that this summer it looks really nice i might have to do that this summer when i get my trunk and antenna shaved
Won't it scratch when everytime your filling up and the hose is rubbing on your car ?
nice work but i agree shouldnt it be raised up a bit so it doesnt collect water?

wow...soberly, I think thats supposed to read fuggin hot
good to see some different stuff with the filler location, but who's painting it? if it's a shop you'd think they wouldnt have tape lines in the primer
nice, how do you weld around gas lines? or are you using plastic tubing?
Portage, MI
ruen: used rubber hose on everything except the bends...
Mat: as far as the issue with the water going in tank, im trying to think of some type of cover or somthing, but if the cover idea doesnt work the gas cap seals it good enough that water wont get in the tank...
Winks: I am doing a tail light conversion and by the time we get all the primer on the car you will not see any tape lines...
Colin: You just have to be careful when you fill up wiith gas lol...

Stupid comment, just because people don't post pictures everyday, doesn't mean it hasn't been done.
Justin, don't worry about the fill up, it will become no big deal after a time or two. I don't have any problems with my setup similar to that. As for the water, just weld a nipple into the lowest point of the cup and run a tube back to your fenderwell (like the return line) and let it run out.
