Well the car is actually for sale right now. So I left the stripes on to give the buyer options to either replace the stripes on the hood or take them off all together. I'm thinking of keeping my Cav. And if I do, then I'm going to take the stripes off and repaint it in the summer.

I don't like them when they are clear coated....a friend had them like that, and I HATED how they looked. We just wax mine for shows, and they look pretty sweet. But I'm going to be selling them and putting stock rims back on because I want to raise it back up, Iowa roads suck!

When I repaint it the bra is definitely coming off. The only reason why its on, is because the guy we got the front end from, when he was in a parking lot, some big truck backed over his car and he got a nice scrap up the hood....and the bra covers it pretty good. The vent visors will stay though, I like them......but don't even mention painting them! I hate that!

nothing against your car, but i just don't know why anyone would WANT to put a sunfire front end on a car... other than the GTO, all their fronts are fugly...

Well, thats your opinion, but I personally like the Sunfire front end better than the Cavalier front end. Its more agressive.

Lose the stripes, hood bra and get molded eyelids and it'll look hot. But I like it. And that's a compliment, there aren't too many Sunaliers I like

Yeah come this spring, I'm going to get rid of the stripes, bra and get it painted. My fiance (CarbonFire) want to mold eyelids into my car. There are only certain ones that I like....so they would have to be perfect for me to like it. But I really want to get a new bumper, because I don't like the old SE front bumper....I just put it on for now since it was there and it was FREE!!!! But come spring before I get it painted, I'm going to get either the 00-02 SE front bumper or the 00-02 GT front bumper...not sure which one yet.
I'm getting it painted either white or baby blue, in case anyone was curious.

Sunfire front end FUGLY??? what world r u livin in pal, the sunfire front ends are WAY more sexy, aggressive, sporty, than ANY cavalier front end in history...the only way a cavalier can look sporty is with a bodykit but stock they look like any ordinary POS economy car In most ppl's OPINION

I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up keeping it. But come Summer 2006, I'm going to sell it no matter what. But I'm pretty sure that I'm going to keep it. I'm not going to do anything aftermarket-wise to it though. I'm just going to change the front bumper over to the 00-02 bumper, possibly swap the dash, either put it on stock springs or get something a little better than what I have (Alex suggested I just get Goldlines because they are decent and really cheap...he used to have them). I'm not sure about the rims yet....maybe sell them and get stock rims, maybe keep them...not sure.

I'm going to leave it on until it gets repainted. I hate the bras too (ahem on cars!) but its better to look at the bra than a huge scrap up my hood from someone backing over top the car the front end was previously on. The bra covers up majority of it...so it will stay on until the car gets repainted.
