you are most likely going to be best off with sound deadening.
Such as: Dynamat, Fat Mat, E-dead.

Many people do this and it helps a ton. Most car audio people do this to help rattle and keep the sound inside the vehicle, and outside noises out.

i have always wanted to use spray on foam but never got around to it, im not sure if it is even a good idea, but its cheap enough to try. but some sort of "dynamat" would be the best result

and check ebay or just type in sound deadener in google.

I've bought some Damplifier from HERE before. SecondSkin has some really nice stuff and it is relatively cheap too. One thing a lot of people say is to stay away from the asphalt based mat because it stinks. SecondSkin's peel and stick doesn't stink at all.

Of the inside of pillars, the back panels of doors and such the $5 cans of spray foam at home depot works wonders on rattling panels. Of course, replace the clips while you have the door off, but my doors went from a rattling mess to rock solid with one pass of the foam.

You would be suprised at how this little add on can make you speakers sound as well!

Couple tips though;

Make sure you cut off all excess that may even POSSIBLY interfere with the window or you will be doing all again... >:o

Do you have any pics about this? Where should I spray for best results? Under the carpet? everything inside the door panels? can I spray under the back seat? My exhaust is loud and this migh help me keep the noise outside lol.

Thanks!

I don't have any pictures of it... Maybe I will rip off the doors this weekend and get some pics, but basically you just take off the doors (do a search, I'm sure there are hundreds of posts and stickys...) When you pull of the door panel, there are, for lack or a better word, pockets in there, basically just fill them about 1/3 to half way up with expanding foam ( not too much or you will be spending hours cutting the crap back down ) and then just cut out channels for the door locks and window motors and such.

Its not hard at all. Just kind of look where everything lines up and make some channels with a drill bit, "etching" the foam where it needs to be more shallow.

It's more of a PITA to do on manual crank doors than on powered windows, just because you have to make sure that the foam is NO WHERE NEAR that crank spindle. If it gets on there you will be taking the whole door off again... The squeak of form on spindle with drive you insane!

Doing a quick search, I am surprised no one has done a How To on this yet... It's really simple...
I have a new goal!
