Clear HVAC help

The cavalier ones seem to have sh!tty edges. What's the best way to get rid of that?

I actually found that the ones in 1995-1999 cavaliers were made differently and the edges didnt break off like that as i really hated the bad edge as well

sunfire ones (grey on the outside with red plastic indicator insert) are made better than the cav ones.

but all the clear HVAC are tacky IMO unless you are doing some type of LED upgrade.

i still prefer the clears to the stockers. i think its tacky to paint the backs and leave it at that. dyeing them and leds look best though.
