I was wondering if any one have any reviews or opinions on Yonaka racing seats. Are they good quality, durable, ect? I wondering about the Ronin seats specifically, but any input helps. If any one has any pictures of yonaka seats installed in their car, please post them. Thanks!
they seem to be very durable, and comfortable. as stated in many threads while searching "racing seats"
They seem to be popular since A+ did aGP for them a while back, and lots of people got them.
The only complaints I have heard was the fact that it is hard to get in the back seat.
I've got leather Yonaka Samurai seats. I'd add that I found the genuine leather version to be a bit lacking in the thickness of material and upholstery quality, but seems to be pretty durable regardless. The mechanism for adjusting the back (and using a coupe back-seat) is a real PITA, and I'm a bit concerned that mine is beginning to loosen and wear out already on the driver's side.

I also found, when I searched, that the seats were very popular. But I didn't find much information about how they are holding up over the years, so thanks for the input guys. Any one have any pics?

Thats what I was looking for! The leather looks like it is holding up pretty good so far but does any one have any input on the cloth seats? Also how are supportive are the seats during intense driving such as autocross?
I'm happy with the support and side-restraint during corners, but then I do little more than spirited daily driving.

I have heard nothing on the cloth fabric, good reviews for the synthetic leather, and mediocre reviews on the real leather.
Support and comfort I have heard no negatives. These are the seats I am planning to get for my car once I get a suitable harness bar, and harnesses to go with them.
universal sliders will fit w/out fabrication?
**fresh**
I have the synthetic leather and I love them! Very comfy for long rides. The synthetic has developed a few cracks in it but, only in the drivers seat and I have had them for 2-3 years.

The sliders fit the seat but, they don't come with any sort of mounting bracket. Its either hack up the stock one which will result in a seat that sits really high or make your own bracket. There's several threads about how to make them if you search.
I have yonaka seats in my car. My only complaint is that the reclining mechanism for the passenger seat now slips and the seat falls all the way back. I'm sure it's fixable, but I dont have the time to take it out. I'm trying to sell my seats for $150

I love Qwibby's seats, even if it did fail on me.

I have the Yonaka seats as well. I find them very comfortable...again, the only thing I dislike about them is the fact you have to twist the knob to raise/lower the seat-back for access to the rear seats...I miss the simple lever mechanism
