i replace the carpet on my passenger side with this roll of super light weight cheapo stuff Wal-mart carried for the purpose of weight reduction and now i am looking at doing the driver side and they dont have it in stock anymore! this stuff was the perfect size for one side, didnt weigh anything and was cheap, any idea where i can get this stuff? if was gray in color.

and before anyone says anything, i dont want good automotive carpet that stuff weighs a ton, the purpose of this stuff is because the whole roll weighs about 1 pound, i want light weight, dont care if its cheap, the mats i have protect it, and if it goes bad i can just buy another roll... well i should be able too, maybe not anymore....

I don't know if you have them in your area but, try Big Lots. They have it where I am. Now and then I can catch it at Wal-Mart. I'd say it's made in the USA...that's prolly why Wal-Mart doesn't keep it in stock all the time now.

where are u from cause when i was at my walmart the other day they had a few gray and few navy blue rolls on hand.

45 min north of KC, MO, I'll try Big lots here, we have 2 walmarts, I went to both then K-mart then advance auto, I was pissed because I had free time with nothing to do and this was going to be a nice easy project and I couldn't do it... not to mention all the time and gas I wasted driving around town

found it at big lots, thanks! only problem is they only had 2 rolls in black and 1 in gray I got both black rolls but need at least one more black to do the back seat area, guess ill keep looking...

take the part number to the auto dept. and see the idiot behind the counter and say u want to special order this part cause ur outta stock they will 95% of the time do it unless they are on the rag. lol but give that a try.
