If I remember correctly (though its been a long time since I've had a Beretta) I don't think it will be a direct bolt in...you'd have to fab up some bracket adapters. I could be wrong through.
Your cavy had leather seats, right? Cause if you throw in those Beretta seats and wanna get rid of the leather ones, lemme know!
And how is the cavy coming along? I'm anxious to see it with some paint!
its good man, i got it lowered and a set of SRT-4 wheels, ive got the whole thing done in a dark gray primer & modded the Evo skirts that we traded. if i do ditch the leather ill let ya know. i gotaa figure out how to get rid the the seatbelt loops that are on the head rest. i like how the beretta seats look like racing seats with the side bolsters & all , but most of my focus has been on the street rod and finding a job , sucks being laid off

IMO it'd be extremely hard to do.
the beretta has an ENTIRELY different bracket and mounting system then a cav. they are on a 'track' so to speak on the sides of the floor 'tub'. they do bolt down on the floor in front and back, but in the center of the seat. the tracks on the sides are the 'sliders' if you will.
personally, i just sold a set of these seats for $35.00. i couldnt have been happier to get rid of them! the bolsters wear out amazingly fast and they look like crap eventually. sure they are a badass seat, if you weigh 50 lbs and are skinnier then a tooth pic.
i just thought it woulda been cool to do it , it sucks cuz seats in every cav and sunfire are the same thing , cavis arent like the 80's Escort where the LX had plan seats and the GT's had cool bucket seats, but yet the GT seat could be put in a LX or even the wagon with no modding , hell you could even swap out the seat tracks to either raise the seat or lower it down. but thats GM for ya

arn't most of those seats all dried out now? Any beretta i have been in and we have like three at our shop is all sorts of dried out, hard and uncomfortable
theres a Z26 on ebay right now that the seats look almost new , i guess it depends on how well you care for the seats.

Awesome, good to hear the car is coming along nicely!
If you wanna get rid of the seatbelt loop at the head rest, if you reach your finger down inbetween the head rest and plastic piece you should feel a tab on both sides, you gotta wiggle the hell outta that and eventually it'll pop loose and you can take off the headrest and the plastic piece just slides off. I took mine off in the old cavy...took me a bit to figure it out though.
If you do get those Beretta seats, just lemme know if you need any help fabbing up the fitment. I've fit a couple different seats (SRT-4, RSX, Cobalt, and 350-Z) into some of my friends' Cavys, I'd more than happy to give ya a hand
i think it would be easier to do the seats from the same place you got the wheels (srt-4)
Those look real nice in the j, and you can make the back seat work to match as well.
if I was going to do stock seats from another car......those are what i'd go for.
and I might take the leather ones off your hands too
i got the wheels off of Craigslist for $150 w/o tires . not sure what ill do as of yet since i just dropped $350 on a wire harness for the '52 so that i can get that closer to being done, plus being jobless makes it a lil tougher to do major modds

jobless always hinders progress....
you could sell those leather seats for some x-tra $$
just throwin it out there...
Agreed, the SRT seats would be a lot easier...RSX seats weren't too bad either. But if the Beretta seats are what you really like and you think that's what will work best in your car, I say go for it. Depending on how much work you wanna put into the fitting, ANY seat can go in with the right fab work. (Besides, my cavy could really use some leather! lol)
Not sure if you've been to Harry's in Pennsburg lately but the last time I was there (like 2 weeks ago) there was a SRT with seats still in it
ive never seen an SRT in that harrys, i know hes got SXT's , but higher end stuff like that ull almost never find, aside from the chared remains of a SS cobalt like 4 months ago.
id sell the seats but then i wouldnt have seats in the car. im havin my fun tryin to locate 03-05 Fire front end parts
