headliner material and fiberglass resin work out very well
what about the ring poping off the panels?
nope they don't even move have the bottom of the pods as low as possible took a couple trys but got it
should look good when ur done i have a set too need final sand then paint.

not to say anything bad or flame on ya, but you could use some practice. Not show quality, but if it is your first attempt, not too bad...

the whole idea of fiberglass is to use fiberglass. the resin isnt what is strong. its the fiberglass. fyi....
yeah but some also use fleece to take the mold then lay fiberglass over that then bondo it.
thats competly wrong... you use the fleece to get the shape. then put fiberglass over that for strengh, then use filler SPARINGLY. you dont beleive me? fill that damn thing with filler and see what happens down the road....
you should have made them so the tweeters point towards your ears.
they swivel and they are quite loud so i can here them form any angle
