i admit i only searched a little here on j body for this
but has anyone used the custom sunfire dash guage bezel in their '03 sunfire ??

Hope your Sunfire has a Cavalier dash because that is what the bezel pictured is from.

1st the pics are of a cavy bezel.
2nd Read this thread.
3rd other sunfire guys put the gauges in the center vents.

i know the pics are of a cavy but
it says . . . can have these pods built into any year, any make of any vehicle
as long as you can send in a stock bezel

Yep.

at first i questioned deleting the usage of a vent
but that looks pretty good and nicely fitted

well even if you ordered that it would still be deleting the center vents. but yea i wouldnt order anything from him because of that whole retrofit fiasco. on a side note i have never looked at that year sunfire dash in person my moms was more like the cavy dash but that doesnt seem too hard to do.

Well being that I have never had a/c I didn't mind giving up my center vents. The outer vents, defrost vent, and floor vents put out more than enough heat in the winter, and I'm pretty sure they would put out enough cold air if I had a/c. Making the pods from the 03-05 center vents is fairly easy, and there is two ways that you could do it. Mine is the more complicated way, and as far as I know I'm the only one that has managed to keep the swivel option.

here's my dash bezel. hand built. I can make them for others as well. I've done a few for people on JBO
