Might not be the right one, call Gravana. I know the sterring column size changed. My 96 has a Momo hub, but that hub will not fit a 03+

You got the right part... Should be # 2401.

The problem is that sometime in 04 I believe, the spline size changed, and that's your issue. Some 04, 05 have the old size, and some the new size.

Kind of hit or miss it seems.

Actually when the sterring wheel change is when the spline changed. So if he has the smaller size, or different size then he does not have the right part. Not his problem. I know you did not sell this to him, but that would be poor custmer service!

The issue is more with GM... and changing that part suddenly. There is no other part # that I know of that fits the rare 04 & 05 cars that the 2401 part does not fit. As far as I know MOMO has that one listed as 92+ for fitment... plus many, many other GMs.

To change the splines you have to change the sterring column.

I have had a 03 steering column with tilt i wanted to install since my 99 didn't have, but the splines on that one was incorrect. So i am stuck with my 99 column with no tilt.. Oh well...

So some people get lucky, many are unfortunate.
