for my electronic boost gauge it says i need a 12v source that maintains voltage while cranking so the gauge can auto calibrate and get an accurate reading. also, where did you people tap in to power and ground and dimmer on the cav? i have a pyrometer gauge as well as an oil pressure gauge. the other 2 just basically need power, ground, and dimmer. should be pretty simple but where are you tapping in and what color. ive been told the radio acc wire. but what colors are they, thanks ahead of time.

dimmer is the brown wire in the column to the left of the wheel.

i would assume power and ground could come from the cig lighter to the right of the column

i found out alltime power is orange for the radio, can anyone confirm brown for dimmer? or ive also heard gray.
