i read the other threads on changing the color of my gauge cluster. i bought the aftermarket sockets and new bulbs. i gently put the bulbs in the sockets and re-installed them. none of the new ligts work. is there anything im missing, or might have done wrong. its kinda frustrating, this stuff always seems to happen to me lol. thanx
Turn 'em 180 degrees and try it again. If that doesn't work for all of 'em lol then make sure your dimmer panel is connected and turned so that the cluster and HVAC should light up.
yeah ok, ill try that again. wierd how none of the lights would be in the right way. any chance i might have wrecked the circuit board taken the originals out, i never forced anything, just took it nice and easy
well, i tried turning every light 1 by 1. the dimer switch was hooked nback up. my HVAC doesn't light up either. could it be a bigger problem than just the lights, or is it still something retardly simple im missing yet.

It was basically impossible that all of the bulbs would be the wrong way. When I put LEDs in my cluster, I didn't have the dimmer switch turned to full illumination. That was the only problem I ran into, once I turned it to illumination they all lit up except for one which was bad. I can't really think of anything else except to check fuses and make sure everything is clipped in.
thanx, i figured out the problem, the sockets needed some slight modifications, they all work now. i didn't use red LED's for replacements, and noticed my gauges have a kinda pinkish look to them, anything that u know of to take care of this problem ?
