Start salvage hard hopping. I'd be willing to bet that there are some that will interchange. Chances are that if you start with 90's GM cars, you'll find one that works. You may also be able to modify something similar to work, just depends on your abilities. Since it's a safety item, though, make sure you're not compromising any integrity of the part if you modify it.
