For aftermarket or OE keyless entry. The car it was from was a z24 and has the gm key fob for keyless entry however that looks more like something aftermarket to me.

well that explains one mystery (that's my BCM)
yup, someone magically figured out how to integrate an aftermarket keyless entry into the factory bcm of the car, AND was able to use the original board and modify it so it would accept and use an aftermarket antenna. you know, a little drilling, a little acid etching, and some solder, no problem.
